ND Annex
Welcome to ND Annex, a section of Neurodivergence Campus devoted to sharing knowledge about lesser-known neurodivergent conditions or "neurodivergences". While autism and ADHD are more familiar, the ND Annex explores the full spectrum—such as dyscalculia, dyspraxia, and synesthesia—highlighting each as an important part of cognitive diversity. Through dedicated pages that provide definitions, lived experiences, and practical guidance, this platform deepens appreciation for varied neurodivergences and their roles in enriching our communities. As the site evolves, visual frameworks will help illustrate connections across different forms of neurodivergence.
By the way, what's an annex?
In terms of a building, an annex refers to an additional structural extension or adjoining part that provides extra space or functionality to the main building. It is often built on an academic campus to accommodate growing needs, such as expanding classroom space or additional facilities, thereby enhancing the campus's ability to serve its educational community more effectively.
